Our return policy includes:

  • 30 day satisfaction guarantee only on appliances. (Hairdryers, curlers, flatirons, clippers, and trimmers, etc)
  • Customer is responsible for shipping the item back to NYBeauty.com
  • Customer will be refunded the cost of the item, minus shipping costs
  • No restocking fee!
  • Do not accept damaged or opened packages
  • We do not refund for used and abused products
  • Returns must be made in original packaging and with all materials.
